The Flatiron Vampire Facial utilizes microneedling enhanced with PRP (platelet rich plasma). The procedure takes about 45 minutes. The skin is cleaned and numbing cream is applied. We draw your blood and prepare the PRP component in the office. The microneedling pen feels like a slight vibration and allows the PRP to be infused into the skin. Afterwards, we apply a gentle calming mask that helps to reduce residual redness. Sometimes there can be pinpoint bruising. It is advised to prepare for 24-48 hours of downtime of no make, gentle washing and moisturizing and avoid of gyms or sweating.
